Nand Kishore v. Dilshad Public School and Anr.
The Delhi High Court held that proceedings before a Conciliation Officer under the ID Act are conciliatory and not judicial, thus withdrawal of claims there does not bar filing an appeal under the Delhi School Education Act, and dismissal of such appeal for non-disclosure was erroneous.
