The learned counsel for the respondent states that he has received
2015:DHC:11503-DB written instructions from Dr S.K. Sharma, Additional Medical
Superintendent(PLG), LokNayakHospital, Delhi-110002to the effe^^ that the DSE Card of Dr Mittal, P.O. (Purchase Officer) has been activated and the e-Tender dated 08.10.2015 regarding allotment of Kiosks at Lok
Nayak Hospital, Sushruta Trauma Centre has been opened (downloaded) and that further process in the tender is going on in accordance with the law. Mr Matta appearing for the petitioner states that on the website the subject tender still displays the following message
"no tender has undergone to the opening stage".
This printout was taken today itself at 13:26 hrs. However, in view ofthe categorical statement and written instructions received by the learned counsel for the respondent that the bids have been opened, we are disposing of this writ petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioner in case of any difficulty. The respondent shall process the subject tender as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks.
