The petitioner^s^&Jfe^bM^pft^;^^^@fi'^^2)ofthe Right to Fair Compensation and Transpareifcy^iifLahd Acquisition,Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as 'the 2013 Act') which came into effect on 01.01.2014. A declaration is sought to the effectthatthe acquisition proceeding initiated underthe Land Acquisition Act, 1894(hereinafter referred to as 'the 1894 Act')in respect ofwhich Award No.29/2002-03 dated 01.11.2002 was made,inter alia, in respect W.P.(C)No. 7668/2014 ' Page I of[3] 2015:DHC:11468-DB ofthe petitioners' land comprised in KhasraNos.8/3(1-05),9(1-07), 13 min(0-12),8/1(1-10),8/2(2-0)and 13 min(0-05)measuring6bighas 19 biswas(to the extent ofVi share)in all in village Shahbad Daulatpur,New Delhi,shall be deemed to havelapsed.
2. Though the respondents claimed that possession of the said land was taken on 19.05.2000, the^^S®iifeTs®^ispute this and maintain that physical possession has ndfheehlaken.
