Learned APP for the State further submits that the challan shall be filed within two weeks from today.
In continuation of the earlier order dated 16.9.2015 on the undertaking of the petitioners that they will join the investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer in the event of arrest the petitioners be admitted to bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction ofthe Investigating Officer.
