JUDGMENT

1. The petition has been placed before the Court by the learned Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 18.9.2015 that after discharging learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Amit Anand Tiwari, Advocate in terms of the prayer made by him in IA No.16574/2014, none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Same is the position today.
