1. The appellant is present in person and he submits that he does not press this appeal. He further submits that he has already deposited Rs.1,85,000/- which has been released to respondentNo.1.

2. The appeal as well as pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The UCO Bank has submitted the compliance report in terms oforder dated 08^*^ September, 2015. However, the compliance report from Union Bank ofIndia, Sikandarpur Branch has not been received. Since the amount has been released to Union Bank ofIndia by UCO Bank,Delhi High Court Branch,UCO Bank shall follow up the matter with the Union Bank ofIndia and shall file the status report with respect to the compliance ofthe order dated 28''^ May,2015.

4. Respondent No.3 has deposited a sum of Rs.1,62,656/- with the already been released to respondent No.l. Respondent No.3 has deposited 2015:DHC:11986 % interest amount ofRs.1,23,800/- out ofwhich Rs.1,13,852/- is lying with the

5. As recorded in the order dated 12^^ May,2015,the Accounts Officer of this Court had determined the interest liability of respondent No.3 as Rs.1,64,773/-. However, as an interim measure, respondent No.3 was directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court. Respondent No.3 deposited asum ofRs.1,23,800/-. As such,there is a short deposit of interest to the tune of Rs.40,973/- (Rs.1,64,773 -Rs.1,23,800/-) by respondentNo.3.

6. The orders dated 12^*^ May,2015 and 28^^ May,2015 are modified and the entire amount deposited by respondent no.3 be released to respondent No.l. The Registrar General ofthis Court is directed to discharge the FDR No.15530310539743 dated lO"^ July,2015 for Rs.1,13,852/- and release the same to UCO Bank whereupon UCO Bank shall transfer the said amount to Union Bank of India, Sikandarpur Branch, Post Sikandar, District Ballia- 277303 with instructions to keep the said amount in fixed deposit for a period of10 years in the name ofSalamati.

7. The interest on the aforesaid fixed deposit shall be paid monthly by automatically crediting the same in the saving account ofSalamati.

8. Union Bank of India shall retain the original fixed deposit receipt. However,the photocopy ofthe same along with statement ofthe FDR shall be given to Salamati. Upon the expiry of FDR,the Bank shall credit the amount in the saving bank account ofSalamati.

9. No loan or premature withdrawal ofthe FDR be permitted withoutthe permission ofthis Court.
