02.12.2015 Both these writ petitions assail acommon order dated 27.2.2014 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal. The stand ofboth the petitioners i.e. Union
2015:DHC:11522-DB // ofIndia and Union Public Service Commission is practically the same.
After some hearing, it is agreed by counsel for the parties that, at this stage, W.P.(C)5891/2014 may be disposed ofwith leave to the petitioner to urge all grounds, as raised in the said writ petition, in W.P.(C)6016/2014 in which
Union ofIndia has also been arrayed as aparty.
Accordingly, as agreed, W.P.(C)5891/2014 and all pending applications in W.P.(C)5891/2014 stand disposed ofwith leave as prayed for. The Registry shall tag the file of W.P.(C)5891/2014 along with W.P.(C)6016/2014. As agreed, the petitioner shall rely upon the pleadings of W.P.(C)5891/2014 at the time ofhearing of W.P.(C)6016/2014.
List W.P.(C) 6016/2014 on 30.3.2016.
