04.12.2015 Mr Gurmeet Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalfofthe applicant submits that the bail applicants in the subject FIR have not been cooperating with the police subsequent to the grant ofbail to them.
2015:DHC:11334 Mr Katyal, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State on advance notice, submits that the bail applicants in the subject FIR have joined investigation andthey aremaking themselves available as andwhen called upon by the 10 in the subject FIR.
In view of the foregoing, Mr Gurmeet Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, seeks leaveto withdraw these applications.
The applications are dismissed as withdrawn and disposedof accordingly.
