JUDGMENT
1. This order is in continuation of the order dated 14.10.2015.
2. Mr. Bhatia, learned counsel for the plaintiff enters appearance and states that despite best efforts made by him, his clients have not contacted him and he has no instructions.
3. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in seeking revival of the suit that was adjourned sine die as long back as on 17.3.1999 at the request of the counsel for the plaintiff who had stated that they would approach the Court if they are in a position to locate the address of the defendant.
