JUDGMENT

1. This order is in continuation of the order dated 14.10.2015.

2. Mr. Bhatia, learned counsel for the plaintiff enters appearance and states that despite best efforts made by him, his clients have not contacted him and he has no instructions.

3. It is pertinent to note that vide order dated 18.10.2006, the case was adjourned sine die, with liberty granted to the plaintiff to have the same revived as and when the legal heirs of the defendant No.1 are identified. However, no steps have been taken by the plaintiff over the past several years.
