In the said affidavits, it is stated that DDAhas decided to actupon the recommendations of the SDM Kalkaji and issue possession letters to the
2015:DHC:10724 petitioners, subject to payment of regularization/restoration charges under the policy, for delayof fouryears two months and elevendaysin making the payment of demanded amount as per DAL, as the last date for payment in case for thepetitioners was 1^' June, 2009.
The statements made in the aforesaid affidavits are accepted by this
Court and the respondent-DDA is held bound by the same.
The present contempt petitions are disposed ofin terms thereof.
