10.12.2015 Present contempt petitions have been filed alleging wilful breach of
2015:DHC:10718 fV» the undertaking given before the Family Court on 14 September, 2012 in
Guardianship Petition No.12/2012.
Learned counsel for petitioner states that for the last 1/4 years, the respondent has been abiding by the consensual order dated 14 September, 2012.
Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, present contempt petitions are closed and the notices issued are discharged.
However, parties are directed to abide by the joint statement as tVi • • • • recorded in the order dated 14 September, 2012 in Guardianship Petition
No.12/2012.
