JUDGMENT

1. The petitioners seek quashing of complaint cases under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act and the summoning orders. Earlier, similar petitions were dismissed with costs, holding the grounds to be matter of trial. Now, on receipt of FSL Report, these petitions have been filed.
