ORDER
2. Tjhere is a valid arbitration agreement between the parties. Learned counselk for both the parties agree that there is a valid arbitration agreement betweeA the parties and the disputes have arisen which warrant appointment I of an arbitrator.
3. ~earned counsels further submit that a sole arbitrator be appointed to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. It is further submitted that there is a PO+ibility of settlement in these matters and, therefure, the reference to the ar1j>iiation be deferred for a period of three months to enable the parties to resolre the matter through mediation. 4.1fhe petition is allowed and Justice Anil Dev Singh (Retd.) is appoll;ttrd as the sale arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties inclu g their claims and counter claims. 5. 11' e arbitration shall take place under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitr~tibn Centre ('DAC').

7. stnce there is a possibility of settlement, these matters be listed before Delhi Jigh Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 12th January, 2016 at 04:00 p.m.
8. The Delhi International Arbitrator Centre shall defer the comm~1cernent of arbitration by 120 days to enable the parties to resolve their disrutes through mediation.
9. Tp.e report of the mediation be sent directly to Delhi International I Arbitrat~on Centre.
