11.12.2015 Respondent No.2 is not agreeable with the quashing ofthe FIR.
Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the present petition was filed with the consent of the respondent no.2 as she has entered into settlement but now she is retracting the same and no other ground other than the settlement was taken in the petition for quashing ofthe FIR in question.
Counsel for the petitioners further submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw thepresent petition with the liberty to file fresh for quashing ofthe FIR in questionon merits.
