JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the order passed in I.A. No.25848/2015, under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC in CS(OS) 453/2012, a joint application filed by the parties, recording inter alia the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and the respondent No.2, in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 28.11.2015, she has instructions to withdraw the present petition. Ordered accordingly.
