Page 1 2015:DHC:11608 Since the relief in above captioned two petitions is sought on identical grounds, therefore, with the consent of learned counsel for parties, both these petitions were heard together and by this common order, they are being disposedof.
Petitioners are the retired employees of respondent-School, who seek arrears of salary etc. under the Sixth Pay Commission from respondent-school vide Representation of September, 2015
(Annexure P-3).
At the hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he would make a comprehensive Representation along with precedents on behalfofboth the petitioners to respondent-School within aperiod oftwo weeks.
Learned counsel for respondent-School submits that as and when any such Representation is received, it would be decided by the competent authority within aperiod of six weeks by passing aspeaking order and ifneed be, clarification would obtained from petitioners.
Let itbe so done and the fate ofthe Representation be conveyed to petitioners within a week thereafter, so that they may avail of the remedies, as available inthelaw, ifneed be.
With aforesaid directions, the above captioned two petitions are disposed of.
