D. Challenge in these writ petitions is to the order dated 16.1.2015 (in

W.P.(C) 11873/2015, W.P.(C) 11904/2015, W.P.(C) 11905/2015, 2015:DHC:11606-DB r W.P.(C) 11906/2015 and W.P.(C) 11907/2015) and the order dated 25.5.2015 (in W.P.(C) 11874/2015) passed by Central Administrative Tribunal.

Mr.Jitendra Kumar Singh,learned counsel for the petitioners,submits that in identical matters, this court on 11.12.2015 has allowed the writ petitions and remanded the matter back to the Central Administrative Tribunal for hearing on merits. Mr.Singh further submits that no notice is required in thdse writ petitions as the respondents in these writ petition had also filed independent writ petitions in a batch ofmatters ofwhich the lead matter is being- W.P.(C)No.l1155/2015 titled as Siiraj Prakash & Anr. V. Union ofIndia & Ors.,assailing the same very order.

5. Accordingly, all these writ petitions are allowed and the impugned orders passed by the Tribunal are quashed for the detailed reasons, as stated in the batch ofmatters mentioned above.
