After we heard the counsel for the parties at length, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition in view of the fact that a representation has been moved before the Independent External Monitors and their decision is awaited. The learned counsel for the respondent also states that no rejection has been communicated to the petitioner in view of the representation moved by the petitionerbefore the IndependentExternalMonitors.
In these circumstances, we permit the withdrawal of the writ petition. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decisiontaken by the IndependentExternal
Monitors and/or the respondents based thereon, the petitioner shall be entitled to take recourse to such remedies as may be available to it in law.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn as aforesaid.
