11.01.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a proclaimed offender in the present case, therefore he wishes to withdraw the presentpetition with libertyto move a fresh as and when the proclaimed offender proceedings are concluded before the concerned Court.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
