JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been shown in the Regular Cause List w.e.f. 04.01.2016. When the case was taken up on 07.01.2016 by the predecessor Bench, none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Same was the position on 18.01.2016 and 19.01.2016.
