One of the conditions for awarding the contract to the petitioner is that the petitioner would withdraw these writ petitions and that is why these applications have been filed. The withdrawal is pursuant to the letter dated 28.12.2015 issued by the respondent and copy of which is annexed to the applications. The applications are allowed. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
