03.07.2015 Present FIR i.e. FIR No.268/2015 has been registered under
Sections 323/341/308/427/34 of the IPG. Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the petitioner had applied for anticipatory bail and on their application learned Additional Sessions Judge had given certain directions to the investigating officer.. Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that thereafter NBWs had been obtained by the investigating officer from the concerned Court without evening giving notice to the petitioners to join investigation.
On a specific query put to the investigating officer (present in Court) he admits that notice to join investigation has not been issued to the petitioners.
Petitioners undertake to join investigation as and when summoned by the investigating officer. They shall appear before the investigating officer today at 4.00 p.m. and thereafter on all subsequent dates as and when summoned by the investigating officer.
Till then no arrest.
Fresh status report be filed by the State.
