JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for directions to the respondent No.2/Indian Air Force to incorporate the words, “FIT FOR CIVIL SERVICES” in the Discharge Certificate issued on 15.06.2015.
2. On the last date of hearing, notice was issued to the respondents and learned counsel for the respondents had requested for some time to examine the petitioner’s grievance.
3. Today, counsel for the respondents states the respondent No.2 has prepared a fresh Discharge Certificate dated 11.1.2016 incorporating therein the words, “FIT FOR CIVIL SERVICE” as requested by the petitioner. He submits that he is ready and willing to 2016:DHC:297 W.P.(C) 11549/2015 hand over the said certificate to the petitioner on the condition that the earlier Discharge Certificate dated 15.06.2015 be returned.
4. Counsel for the petitioner assures the Court that the same shall be done as soon as the petitioner hands her over the earlier Discharge Certificate.
5. As soon as the counsel for the petitioner returns the original Discharge Certificate dated 15.06.2015 to the counsel for the respondents, he shall hand over the modified Discharge Certificate dated 11.01.2016 to her.
