JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner herein has prayed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to the respondents No.4 and 5/Army College of Medical Sciences directing them to consider and select him for the post of Senior Resident, Department of Radiology.

2. On the last date of hearing, counsel for the respondents No.4 and 5 was directed to obtain instructions from his clients as to the fate of the petitioner’s representation dated 10.11.2015 (Annexure P-8). Today, counsel for the respondents No.4 and 5 submits that the said representation shall be disposed of by the competent authority within 2016:DHC:658 W.P.(C) 11899/2015 two weeks by passing a speaking order.

3. A copy of the decision taken by the respondents No.4 and 5 shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of the order. If aggrieved, the petitioner shall be entitled to seek his remedies in accordance with law.
