JUDGMENT

1. The case has remained on the regular board since 12.01.2016. However, none has appeared for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Vivek Goyal, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel, who was requested to enter appearance on behalf of the respondents on 18.01.2016, states that he has duly conveyed the pendency of the present case to Mr.M.M. Raja, counsel for the petitioner, who had stated that he shall ensure his presence when the case is taken up. Despite the same, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 21.01.2016 and 22.01.2016. Same is the position today. 2016:DHC:657 W.P.(C) 9388/2005
