ORDER

1. As per paragraph 1 of the two captioned writpetitions, Joginder Singh and Gurinder Singh, the two writ petitioners are brothers.

2. Both writ petitions have been signed only by Joginder Singh. Affidavits in support of the petitions have been deposed by Joginder Singh. Only Joginder Singh has executed the vakalatnama in favour of the counsel who has filed the writ petitions. W.P.(C) Nos.3920/2015 & 3924/2015 page 1 of[2] 2016:DHC:9257-DB

3. Today, Shri G.S.Raghav, Advocate enters appearance and has filed a vakalatnama in his favour and favour of his colleague Pankaj Kumar, executed by Joginder Singh. Two vakalatnama have been filed. One in each writ petition.

4. Learned counsel Shri G.S.Raghav states that on perusing the writ petitions he finds the pleadings to be loose, laconic and not bringing out the real grievance of the writ petitioners. Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions on the same cause.

5. Noting that the vakalatnamas filed today in Court, which are taken on record in both writ petitions, have been signed only by petitioner No.l, for the facts noted hereinabove i.e. except for the name of the petitioner No.2 being typed in the memo of parties, there being no signatures of petitioner No.2 either in the petition or the accompanying affidavit nor in favour of the counsel who filed the writ petitions, we permit the withdrawal of both the writ petitions leaving it open for petitioner No.2 to join his brother if fresh petitions are filed for which liberty as prayed for are granted.
