ORDER
1. Learned counsel Mr.Gaurav Jain, who has been briefed by Mr.Pankul Nagpal, Advocate on instructions from Mr.Rahul Vaid the appellant in the three appeals states that on second thought the appellant has decided not to pursue the three appeals,which lay a challenge to a common order disposing ofO.A.Nos.94/2014,95/2014 and 119/2014.
2. Lest the appellant raises an issue regarding oral instructions given by him in the Court, in our presence we have obtained the signatures of the appellant on the order sheet placed in the file ofFAO(OS)No.515/2015.
