JUDGMENT

1. Given that the order, this Court proposes to pass today, learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that he has no objection if the prayers made in the present Application are allowed.

2. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The Application stands disposed of. C.R.P. 60/2021 C.R.P. 77/2021

3. After some arguments and in the interest of expediency, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petitions with liberty to raise all contentions and challenges before the learned Trial Court. C.R.P. 60/2021 & connected

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners also requests that an order for expeditious disposal be passed given that the suit was filed in the year 2016.

5. Learned Counsel for the parties submits that they will not take any unnecessary adjournments before the learned Trial Court. 5.[1] The parties are bound down by the statement made by their counsel today.

6. The Petitions are disposed of in the aforegoing terms with liberty to the parties to agitate their respective contentions before the learned Trial Court. All pending Applications also stand closed.
