1. By way of these applications filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioners are seeking grant ofanticipatory bail in case FIR No.534/2015 registered under Sections 323/452/506/427/34 IPC atPS Welcome.

2. Status report on behalfofthe State has been filed stating therein that both the petitioners have joined the investigation of the case and their custodial interrogation is not necessary.

3. Consideringthe facts and circumstances ofthe case and that they have BAIL APPLN. Nos.2511/2015 &2644/2015 j 2 2016:DHC:8204 joined the investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation, it is directed that in the event of arrestthe petitioners shall be releasedon bail on their each furnishing personal bond in the sum of ?50,000/- with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned lO/SHO. However, petitioners are directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
