ORDER
1. The usual story of cut, copy and paste has resulted in utter confusion being occasioned in the two appeals.
2. To wit: challenge in FAO(OS)550/2015 is to an order which is only one page. The appeal spans 33 pages. We speak no more for the reason learned counsel for the appellant concedes that the prolix appeals have missed the point and lest the appeals suffer dismissal on a technical default, counsel seeks leave to withdraw both the appeals with rightreserved to file FAO(OS)550/2015 &FAO(OS)552/2015 page 1 of[2] 2016:DHC:8562-DB firesh appeals challenging the two orders which have been impugned in the two appeals.
3. Granting liberty we observe that he appellant would not resort to cutj copy and paste. The grounds ofchallenge and narrative offacts concerning the two impugned orders would be focused to bring out appellant's grievance concerning the two orders and not wander about in the woods as has happened in the two appeals.
