JUDGMENT
1. The present case has been reflected as pending in the regular cause list since 12.01.2016. However, none has appeared for the petitioner on 18.01.2016. Same was the position on 01.02.2016. Counsel for the respondents was requested to give a written intimation of the pendency of this case to the counsel for the petitioner.
2. Ms. Saahila Lamba, learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the letter dated 29.01.2016 addressed to the counsel for the petitioner and sent by speed post on 30.01.2016. Despite the same, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. W.P.(C) 9576/2005 2016:DHC:825
