03.02.2016 This is an application under Section 439 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner in case
FIR No.173/2013 under Sections 376/328/506/174A/34 IPG and 6 of POCSO Act Police
Station Mundka, Delhi for grant of interim bail for a period of one month on account of surgery ofhis father.
As per the status report filed by the State, the father of the petitioner has been advised cataract surgery in left eye. It is, however, reported that it is an elective procedure andnot an emergency surgery.
Keeping inview the seriousness and gravity ofoffence coupled with the nature of surgery, ifat all required, no ground for interim bail is made out.
The application is accordingly dismissed.
