ORDER
1. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.559/2015 registered under Sections 451/354/354B/506/34, IPG at PS Sadar Bazar. Status report is on record.
2. Vide orders dated 15.10.2015, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputably, the petitioners havejoined the BAILAPPLN. 2227/2015 & connectedmater page 1 of[2] 2016:DHC:8202 i-' investigation since then. It is informed that the matter and the crosscase between the parties have been settled and they are intending to file petitions for quashingof the FlRs.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the ease, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of? 40,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/lnvestigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.
