ORDER
1. As one proceeded to hear arguments in the two writ petitions learned counsel for the petitioner, on account of vagueness in the pleadings and not filing such documents as would be necessary to take forward the argument, W.P.(C) Nos.8076/2015 and 8079/2015 2016:DHC:9260-DB t ) states that lestthe two writpetitions be dismissed on account of vagueness, the petitioners be granted liberty to withdraw the two writ petitions with rightreserved to file fresh writpetitions laying challenge to the orders which have been impugned in the two writpetitions.
2. Indeed, we find pleadings in the two writ petitions to be vague and sans any material particulars. As drafted, the writ petitions would suffer dismissal on account of improper drafting and therefore we permit the petitioners to withdraw the two writ petitions with liberty granted to file fresh writpetitions laying a challenge to the orders impugned in the two writ petitions.
3. No costs. CM No.16696/2015 (Stavl in W.P.(0 8076/2015 CM No.16707/2015 (Sta\) in W.P.(CI 8079/2015 Applications are dismissed as in fructuous.
