JUDGMENT

1. The matter has remained pending in the regular cause list since 25.01.2016. However, none has appeared for the petitioner on 29.01.2016. Same is the position today.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents states that she had made efforts to contact Mr. S.K. Kaushal, counsel for the petitioner to inform him about the pendency of the case but on perusing the records, it has transpired that the counsel for the petitioner is based in Ambala and there is no telephone number mentioned in the records to enable her to contact the learned counsel.
