JUDGMENT

1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for quashing the order dated 10.8.2013 passed by the Disciplinary Authority inflicting a punishment of ‘stoppage of increment of five years with cumulative effect’ on him and the order dated 10.6.2014, dismissing the appeal filed by him against the aforesaid order.

2. Counsel for the respondents has produced the records in terms of the previous order, which we have perused.

3. After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
