Sanjay Sharma v. The Directorate of Enforcement

1. After brief submission, the learned counsel for the appellant has stated that since the appellants along with other accused persons have been discharged and it has been observed by the criminal courtthat the aggrieved party, that is, accused No:l in the criminal case will approach the Director, Directorate of Enforcement to have a provisional attachment order recalled, therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant is not pressing her present appeals with liberty to approach the Director, Directorate of Enforcement with the copy of the order passed by the criminal court to seek such appropriate remedy for the recall of the provisional attachment order as may be permissible under law.
