JUDGMENT

1. The present case has been reflected in the regular cause list since 03.02.2016. However, none had appeared for the petitioner.

2. On 12.2.2016, learned counsel for the respondents was requested to give a written intimation of the pendency of the present case to the counsel for the petitioner. When the matter was taken up on 19.2.2016, Dr. Bhardwaj had appeared as a proxy counsel for Ms. Anjana Gosain, Advocate and had requested for some time to inform counsel for the petitioner about the pendency of the present case.

3. Today, Dr. Bhardwaj states that he had duly intimated the counsel for the petitioner about the pendency of the present case.
