JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes at the outset that in view of the minutes of the meeting of the Full Court of Delhi High Court held on 18.01.2016, wherein it has been resolved that the services of co-terminus employees shall stand terminated with effect form the date the concerned Judge demits the office irrespective of the date of appointment of the co-terminus employees and further, it has been resolved to initiate steps to terminate such of the co-terminus employees whose services have not been terminated and/or have been made permanent in spite of the Hon’ble Judges demitting office, he does not wish to press the present petition.
