3. The 12 petitioners claim to have been street vending around the entrances of the underground market "Palika Bazaar" at Connaught Place, New Delhi and having been removed therefrom have filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) to allow the petitioners to carry on their vending activity from the places / sites onthe street from where they were earlier carrying ontheir activity and to restrain the respondent NDMC from thereafter disturbing them in carrying on theirbusiness of street vending. 4. W.P.(C) No. 1415/2016 titled Akhilesh Kumar Vs. New Delhi Municipal Council filed by as many as 160 identically placed petitioners.came up before this Gburt on 19^^ Februaiy, 2016 and has been dismissed ' vide detailed order dated 19^'' February, 2016. The counsel for the petitioners is also aware thereof and fairly admits that there is no difference in facts.

6. The petitioners also, in accordance with law, shall be entitled to approach the Town Vending Committee.
