JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 4.2.2016 when he was informed that the petitioner had taken voluntary retirement, he had contacted the petitioner for instructions and he has confirmed the said position. Accordingly, learned counsel states on instructions, that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which may be disposed of.
