04.02.2016 when the matter was posted for today to enable counsel for the company/ Cosmic Creation Pvt. Ltd. to bring two Demand Drafts in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each payable to Shri Vinod Mandal and Shri Ram Pramod
Kumar by the Court.

Demand Draft No. 011793 in favour of Shri Ram Pramod Kumar.
Both Shri Vinod Mandal and Shri Ram Pramod Kumar are present in
Court today. They have accepted the drafts. With this payment, the terms settled and recorded on 04.02.20 16 before this Court are satisfied. The impugned award dated 21.05.2011 passed in ID No. 269!2010 (New) and ID
No. 244!2006 (Old) by the Labour Court is set aside.
Both the petitions stand disposed off accordingly.
