JUDGMENT

1. This order is in continuation of the order dated 18.1.2016, on which date, counsel for the petitioner had raised a grievance that the respondents had not furnished all the relevant documents to enable the petitioner to file an appeal against the dismissal order dated 22.3.2006 issued by the respondent No.2. In response, counsel for the respondents had assured the Court that the relevant documents shall be furnished to the petitioner within three weeks, and the case was adjourned to await compliance.

2. Today, counsel for the respondents states that compliances have been made and the relevant documents have been furnished to the petitioner, through counsel, under cover of letter dated 28.1.2016, 2016:DHC:1347-DB W.P.(C) 11807/2015 which was duly received by the other side on 29.1.2016. He hands over the proof of receipt of the relevant documents, which is taken on record.

3.
