1. The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for quashing of order dated 27 February 2025, whereby the petitioner was transferred to 111 BN CRPF situated at Chhattisgarh.

2. Mr. Niraj Kumar, learned Sr. Central Govt Counsel for the respondents submits that the said order of transfer had been W.P.(C) 3171/2025 withdrawn.

3. Accordingly, Mr. Ajay Kumar Bhargava, learned Counsel for the petitioner also accepts that the grievance in this petition does not survive for consideration.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
