1. Ms. Nidhi Raman, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have permitted the petitioner to avail the services of Mr. Sushil Kumar (Ex. AC), as his Defence Assistant in the inquiry proceedings going on against him.

2. In view of the said statement, Mr. Shreshth Nanda, learned W.P.(C) 11154/2021 Counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition stands assuaged.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

4. Interim stay granted by this Court also stands vacated.
