JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the respondents states that he had duly intimated Mr.Ashok Kumar, counsel for the petitioner, who is based in Lucknow, about the pendency of this case and had spoken to him as recently as yesterday. But counsel for the petitioner had informed him that despite repeated efforts made by him to contact his client by writing to him, he has not received any instructions and therefore, he does not propose to appear in the case.
2. In such circumstances, we have no option but to dismiss the petition in default and for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly. HIMA KOHLI, J SUNIL GAUR, J MARCH 11, 2016
