JUDGMENT
1. The present matter has been reflected in the regular cause list since 03.02.2016 and was taken up on several dates, i.e., on 19.02.2016, 24.02.2016, 03.03.2016 and 09.03.2016. On 19.02.2016, counsel for the respondents was requested to give written intimation of the pendency of this case to Mr. Y.S. Chauhan, counsel for the petitioner. On 24.02.2016, counsel for the respondents had informed that he had duly intimated counsel for the petitioner about the pendency of this case. However, none had appeared for the petitioner on 24.02.2016 and same was the position on 03.03.2016 and 09.03.2016. W.P.(C) 18224/2006 2016:DHC:2087
