09.03.2016 This is a family dispute. Petitioner before this Court is the daughter in law of respondent No.2. The suit has been filed by the petitioner seeking cancellation of the sale deed dated 30.12.2012 wherein defendants no. 1 and 2 have agreed to sell the disputed property i.e. shop no. A-4 and 5, Raju Park, Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi-62 in favour of defendants No. 3 and 4. The suit is at the stage of framing of issues and the preliminaiy issue has been framed qua the maintainability of the suit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments submits that he will not press this petition but he submits that the
Trial Court should bedirected to dispose ofthe petition expeditiously.
Next date fixed before the Trial Court is 11.03.2016.
Noting these submissions Court is of the view that the Irial
2016:DHC:8594 A i A h Court shall endeavour to dispose of the/ preliminary issue expeditiously.
Petition disposed of.
