JUDGMENT

1. This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 27.03.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’) in OA No 2417/2024, titled Sanjay Kumar v. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Anr., dismissing the said OA filed by the petitioner herein.

2. The said OA has been filed by the petitioner challenging his transfer to Rajgarhi (Uttarakhand). He claims that he is suffering from various ailments, and in absence of a proper medical facility at Rajgarhi (Uttarakhand), he should not be posted there. GNNNnc WP(C) 7292/2025

3. Though we do not find any merits in the present petition, we, while disposing it of, direct the respondents to consider the contents of the present writ petition as a representation of the petitioner and decide on the same remaining uninfluenced by any observation made by the learned Tribunal in the Impugned Order.

4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
